Blossom & Breathe is a thoughtfully designed, one-day wellness retreat for women who are craving space — space to slow down, breathe more deeply, and reconnect with themselves as spring begins to unfold.
Held in a small, supportive group, this retreat day blends gentle yet nourishing yoga, mindfulness and grounding practices, creative reflection, and lifestyle wellbeing inspiration. The day is intentionally paced to feel spacious rather than rushed, allowing time to move, rest, reflect, and simply be.
Across the day, you’ll be guided through experiences that support both letting go and looking ahead — without pressure to perform, share, or “fix” anything. Movement is offered in an accessible, encouraging way, and creative elements invite you to slow down and reconnect through your hands as well as your body and mind.
This is a retreat designed for real life — for women balancing work, family, responsibilities, and their own wellbeing — offering a calm reset and a sense of clarity you can carry forward into everyday living
What’s included in your retreat day
Your place at Blossom & Breathe includes:
Two guided yoga sessions (a total of 90 minutes of yoga) — one gently energising, one deeply calming
Mindfulness and grounding practices to support relaxation, presence, and nervous system wellbeing
A nature-inspired creative workshop, designed to encourage calm, focus, and reflection
Guided journalling and gentle intention-setting, offered in a grounded, accessible way
Practical tips and inspiration on how to cultivate your home environment so it better supports rest, calm, and everyday wellbeing
Time and space to pause, with a thoughtfully structured day that allows for rest and integration
A small-group experience (limited spaces) so you feel supported and seen
All materials provided for creative and reflective sessions
Refreshments and snacks throughout the day
A curated wellbeing goody bag to take home, including a small keepsake to support you beyond the day
Everything is optional, and you’re always encouraged to take part in a way that feels right for you.

Location: Monks Cottage Sanctuary, Manor Road, Eastham CH62 8BW
Group size: Limited to maintain a calm, personal experience
What to bring: Yoga mat, pillow and blanket, comfortable clothing, and your own lunch
Provided: All workshop materials, refreshments, and a wellbeing goody bag
Investment & booking
The full cost of the wellness retreat day is £75.
To secure your place, a £15 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable before the event.
Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Jeorgia is a yoga teacher who specialises in inspiring women to move with confidence, reconnect with their bodies, and deepen their connection with nature and the outdoors. Her teaching style is accessible, encouraging, and rooted in real life rather than perfection.
Together, we’ve created Blossom & Breathe as a thoughtfully held wellness retreat day that blends therapeutic awareness, gentle movement, creativity, and nature connection — offering a calm, supportive experience for women who want to slow down and reconnect.
