Stretch & Restore is a weekly mobility and flexibility class that blends slow, breath-led movement with stretching, grounding, and calm strength-building.
Each session is designed to:
Ease stiffness and tension, improve joint mobility and flexibility
Rebuild connection with your body in a way that feels safe and sustainable
Create space for rest, reflection, and gentle resilience
This isn’t yoga. It’s not about flexibility, performance, or perfection. It’s about real-life movement—the kind that helps you walk more comfortably, breathe more deeply, and feel more at ease in your own skin.

Class Prices
Individual Class Pass £9
This single-session pass is perfect if you’re new to Wild Soul & Well, exploring your movement needs, or simply need a gentle pause in your week. Come as you are — no pressure, no commitment, just space to move and breathe
4 Class Pass £32
This pass gives you access to four sessions that support mobility, strength, and restoration over time. Ideal if you’re ready to build a rhythm, deepen your practice, and feel the benefits of regular movement in a supportive, grounding space.

You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or experienced to join. These classes are designed especially for:
Women who feel stiff, tight, or disconnected from movement
Anyone navigating menopause, fatigue, chronic pain, or stress
Those returning to movement after time away
Women who want to move more freely and gently—without pressure or intensity
Whether you’ve never tried a movement class before or you’re looking for something softer and more intentional, you’re warmly welcome here.

A cushion or towel if you'd like extra comfort
Water if you like
And most importantly—an open mind and a kind attitude toward your body
You don’t need special clothes, shoes, or equipment. Just wear something you can move comfortably in.

Booking is a simple process
For individual class sessions, you can select the date you want to attend via the calendar and follow the checkout process.
If you’d like to pay for a 4 session class pass;
Choose and pay for your 4 class pass securely via Stripe link:
Once payment is complete, you’ll receive a private link to select your class date and time via our online calendar. You’ll be able to see available dates, how many spaces are left, and choose the option that works best for you

All sessions take place at the beautiful, light-filled CICI Haus studio in central Wrexham.

It’s easily accessible from the town centre with free parking onsite. Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive full location details in your confirmation.
Please note: The studio is on the first floor, accessed via a staircase.
There is no lift available at this time. If you’re unsure whether this space will work for you, please reach out—I’ll always do my best to support you or offer alternative options.

Life happens—if you need to cancel your class, please try to give at least 24 hours’ notice so your space can be offered to someone else.
Refunds aren’t available for same-day cancellations, but you’re always welcome to transfer your booking to a future session within the same pass period.
I always aim to keep things flexible and fair—just message me if something comes up unexpectedly.

Absolutely. These sessions are designed for complete beginners and welcome women of all experience levels. You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or familiar with yoga or movement classes. Every session is guided, gentle, and supportive—with plenty of options to move at your own pace.
