A little note from me

Hi There, I’m Jeorgia, the Creator behind Wildsoul & Well!

Ever since I was a tiny human, I’ve had an unstoppable love for movement — from dance and cheerleading to every kind of sport I could get my hands on. Movement has always been my way of feeling alive, confident, and connected to something deeper.

That passion grew into a purpose when I fell in love with the dramatic landscapes of North Wales — the mountains, the sea, and the wild open spaces. I moved here in 2015 and made it my home, studying at Bangor University where I completed a BSc in Sport, Health and Exercise Science, followed by an MSc in Exercise Rehabilitation. Living so close to nature completely reshaped how I understood movement — not just as exercise, but as something to support real life: energy, mobility, and resilience.

Over the past seven years, I’ve worked with women of all ages and abilities — from athletes to older adults in community health settings — always with the goal of making movement feel more accessible, empowering, and sustainable. I now work as an Exercise Manager with Healthbox CIC, delivering inclusive programmes that meet people where they are, both physically and emotionally

Through Healthbox, I manage impactful projects such as the Falls Prevention Service and the Home First Exercise Intervention — initiatives designed to support vulnerable individuals, particularly those recently discharged from hospital. These programmes use gentle, strength-building movement to help people regain confidence, rebuild resilience, and return to the activities that bring joy and independence. It’s about restoring quality of life through small, steady steps — honouring the body’s natural rhythm and capacity to heal through mindful, functional movement.

Itwas through this deeply meaningful work that I felt called to deepen my practice and complete yoga teacher training. Blending this with my background in personal training allows me to integrate functional strength with slower, restorative practices — supporting not just the body, but the whole person. My approach moves away from outdated narratives that reduce exercise to a tool for weight loss, and instead embraces movement as a path to vitality, connection, and real-life strength.

Wild Soul & Well was created to reflect everything I believe in: that movement should support how we live, not define how we look. It’s about building strength that feels rooted, mobility that feels free, and confidence that flows far beyond the mat

Why I started Wild Soul & Well

I started Wild Soul & Well to offer women a more sustainable, empowering approach to movement. My goal is to help women build real-life strength, improve mobility, and feel more confident in their bodies — not through high-pressure fitness routines, but through classes that support everyday function, energy, and wellbeing. This brand is about creating accessible, intelligent movement that meets women where they are. Whether it’s through local sessions, online classes, or future courses and tools, Wild Soul & Well is here to help women move better, feel stronger, and stay active for the long term.
