Wild Soul & Well started as a response to something I saw — and felt — over and over again: the way so much of the fitness industry still pushes outdated ideas about exercise, especially for women. The message is often the same: move more to weigh less. Train harder. Shrink yourself.
But what if movement wasn’t about appearance or performance?
What if it was about feeling stronger in your everyday life — walking further, lifting with ease, moving confidently in your body again?
