Most of us have been there—trying to keep up with fitness trends, feeling the pressure to change how our bodies look, or believing that exercise is something we should do rather than something we truly enjoy. The mainstream fitness industry has long promoted a narrow idea of what movement means, especially for women—often focused on aesthetics, punishment, or pushing harder no matter what.
After years of working in personal training and community health, I knew there was another way—a better way.
Through my role at Healthbox CIC, supporting vulnerable individuals returning home after hospital stays, I’ve witnessed the true potential of movement. I've seen first hand how building gentle strength and steady mobility can transform lives, restore confidence, and reconnect people with their bodies. It’s not about how you look, it’s about how you live.
Wild Soul & Well was created to rewrite the outdated fitness narrative, making movement accessible, inclusive, and empowering again. It's about shifting the focus from appearance and performance to strength, resilience, and real-life wellbeing.
